I believe the notion of advising others that leaving Ebay is not a prudent idea is moving backward. ebay started without a competition, it became a monster in so many ways and when people wanted to leave, they had no where else to go. I believe a start is a start. In the American capitalist system the word prudent is very none essential for new comers of the business arena. Risk taking is in the north american blood and i am surprised that Ebay had gone for more than a decade without a tangible competition. I guess the times of steve job and wazniak, Bill gates and Elisson are gone. It feels like no body want to dare take the simplest risk any more but rely on others ingenuity to consume the resources without adding anything new to the plate. We are part of the crowd that is mirroring Ebay and hope to level the plain field when it's all set and done.
