eBay Five Star Service Banner – Logo Free for readers of the ABA/Blog or Trading Assistant Journal
May 30, 2008 by Scott Pooler · 1 Comment

Free for Readers of this Blog and The Trading Assistant Journal
We asked our design team at iBusinessLogic to create this five star service eBay customer service for our own eBay Store because rather than plant negative ideas or images in our customers minds about feedback on eBay, we would rather have them thinking about the 5 Star DSR ratings we hope to earn on each and every transaction.
As a service to our clients and our readers we would like to offer this logo to eqach and every one who sells on eBay for your use under a creative commons license. This means you can use it, as long as you refer back to us when asked where you the logo came from. The logo is hosted on our Flickr account and the code is available there, but we will paste the actual code in a box below.
Please use this free 5 Star eBay customer service logo for all of your listings! (remember – you will have to remove any links from your eBay listings before the end of next month).
Contact us if you are in need of web, blog, eBay Stores or graphics design…

SAN ANTONIO, TX May 28, 2008 — Today Consignment Pal (CP) released a new online national business directory of consignment stores, resale stores, antique stores, eBay Trading Assistants, eBay drop off stores, art galleries, business liquidators, non profit stores, and e-commerce websites at www.consignmentpal.com. The Consignment Pal Directory features specialized search options by business name, state, zip code, and distance.
The new CP Directory affords both business owners and resale buyers and sellers unparalleled convenience as compared to existing resale directories. Business owners enjoy a personal profile in which they can list their specialties, upload images, post articles, link to their website, and much more. For instance, Consignment Pal founder Linda Miller says, “I’m excited about our new feature that allows eBay sellers to showcase five active eBay listings on their profiles.” All business profiles include an interactive map to easily locate businesses. Additionally, CP works to protect business owners from email spam. Users can email business owners directly from the business profiles with the click of an icon, which in conjunction with a security code, ensures that business owners only receive emails from legitimate customers. AuctionLogic eBay Inventory & Listing Management Solution – Now Integrated with UPS Worldship
May 25, 2008 by admin · Leave a Comment
UPS Worldship Integration
AuctionLogic is now fully integrated with UPS Worldship providing a streamlined shipping processes for those who currently have a daily UPS pickup.
All items awaiting shipment can easily be exported from AuctionLogic and imported into UPS Worldship. Once shipped, users can then export the shipping data back to AuctionLogic in order to update tracking numbers for internal package tracking and complete cost reporting.
This recent upgrade is just one of many which will be added to AuctionLogic courtesy of the programmers and engineers at AuctionSound. We look forward to announcing in the near future a multi-channel capability we know every eBay merchant will appreciate.
Adding Multi-Channel capabilities to our already robust eBay business class inventory and listing management suite is the next logical step. Plans to expand capabilities beyond multi-channel are in motion, but until this major upgrade is complete we will have to simply be satisfied with revealing this major UPS WordShip improvment.
Blog Profile – New Business Website/Blog Gets it’s Start With iBusinessLogic

I received a call the other day from the son of a nearly lifelong (at least it seems like a long time) friend of mine.
My friends son, Keith Bloemendaal is the sales manager of a local fence building contractor company in Raleigh Durham, North Carolina.
Carolina Custom Fences builds high quality custom fences and they are proud of the fact that they have some of the best installers in the area.
Keith Bloemendaal called iBusinessLogic to ask our opinion of the current Carolina Custom Fences website (follow the link above).
As you can see, the current website is a bit bland and really does not engage the public. This is web 1.0 at its best and is about 6-8 years out of date for website design. The owner of the company, Scott, did the best job he could with the tools his web builder gave him, but the results just do not compare with the state of the art today. Read more
Miami “Geek Dinner” Blogger & Podcaster Mashup Rohit Bhargava, Jay Berkowitz & Joseph Jaffe

A nifty video of a “Geek Dinner” I attended in Miami with the likes of Joseph Jaffe (camera wielding maniac), Rohit Bhargava, Jay Berkowitz, Lisa Sparks of Constant Contact, and many other notable and interesting people.
Read my article about the differ in the Trading Assistant Journal – The title of the article “Refresh Miami Blogger Dinner – Conversation Evolves” may be a bot off topic from the looks of this wild video, but believe me, the conversations were very inspired.
I am the Grey haired guy in the blue suit stirring his Mojito, a bit thrown off by the camera being thrust in his face by Jaffe, but it seems I made a better recovery than I had originally imagined.
